Heliostat is a project planning tool that implements the Shape Up methodology for solo developers. The app is organized around five phases: Think (mind-map workspace), Pitch (write up an idea), Commit (decide what to ship), Build (track scope on a hill chart), and Cooldown (cleanup + retrospective). Built by Reedster LLC.
